Rotary's late summer cleanup of Sherod Beach is becoming an annual tradition! Fifteen Rotarians, spouses and members of the community came together to rid the beach of driftwood and litter on August 23. Afterwards, the group enjoyed s'mores.

A good time was had by all and $4500 was raised for the Community Pool.

Rotarians partnered with the City of Vermilion to remove 20 cubic yards of driftwood and debris from Sherod Park Beach in September 2021.

Six VHS track team and five Rotarians pitched on to begin the clean up of Rotary Park on a beautiful Saturday morning to get ready for planting and visitors. Drivers blew their horns and held thumbs up out their windows in approval. Vermilion does that. If you have never experienced the beauty of this park be sure to this summer.
